Their product concept is excellent and useful while considering the future. But as an organisation the company is a failure. Purely money minded and no concern to the employees. Employees in bulk are terminated as part of quick decisions. Never think of the workloads while additional works are given. No stability on workflow. Keeps on changing regularly.

Nothing is special about this company.

What I found was toxic environment and a toxic-narcissistic boss. There is practically no sense of direction for initiatives and plenty of blame game. The induction was sub par and the goal setting as ambiguous as it can get. They choose aggressive people as a concious decision, and this I believe contributes to the toxic environment. The aggression should be about acheiving goals, not impoliteness, lack of propriety and covert bullying. The HR department is a joke.
