Learning opportunities is best part of Accenture. Shift allowance is handsome. Employee favourable policies are removed in various aspects like transport, work life balance, compensation, rewards... Overall I feel over 5 years atleast 50% people left Accenture only due to changes in policy and management politics. No child care or day care facilities in reality.. only mentioned in policies

Office Politics No Job Security No Skills Development Most of the Projects are in Bengaluru. Hence, employees are being forced to live in Bengaluru. No Work from Home Managers are neither Technically sound nor Business sound If Accenture is the best company in IT Sector, then it's better not to join IT Sector for MBA degree holders.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.
