What I found was toxic environment and a toxic-narcissistic boss. There is practically no sense of direction for initiatives and plenty of blame game. The induction was sub par and the goal setting as ambiguous as it can get. They choose aggressive people as a concious decision, and this I believe contributes to the toxic environment.
