The policy's are good even transport is not problem aslo looking after the employees in teams of food to the works good.

Dislikes

The people from the village they re not good all do is just eat but they don't like working aslo reporting to the chief when it comes to work if don't want to work talking about tribes, they don't like people from other towns not coming for working if you start following them they will report to the chief which is not good.

The company is open to innovation.l love the fact that am a part of a team that markets reliable ,high - quality services .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is very little. The work pressure is very high. Some times l have to work longer hours.
