The company is open for new ideas and is updated with new technology. Employees are been treated as their family and been taken care by the HR in all aspects. Company has good infrastructure and well maintained premises. I also like the way company is been climbing the ladder of success.

My work is related to HR and Admin and account and at times its quiet challenging as most of the work has to be submitted at one go and the time limit is too less. I usually try and complete my work prior the death line.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
