No Hikes at all. No Internet reimbursement(Expense tab deliberately removed from portal) No shift allowance No allowance or leave for working on weekend. No Promotions at all. No variable pay(Sometimes 0% & sometimes max 22%) Dumb HRs who doesn't know how to select candidates for the role. And keep on sending candidates for interview without checking whether the employee(who will take the interview) is free or not, Not worried about client deliverables. Worst Management who support HRs and do not care about client deliverables..They just want revenue so keep sending candidates for interview. Good to Join as a fresher unless you will be in Support Project. If you are in Development role, you will get very good exposure,learnings and benifits. Peoples are very supportive.

Dislikes

Resourcing is one what I'm disappointed. Much experienced people are getting hired with high package but with 0 knowledge the techstack they are in project ( Not for all Senior resource like 80% will say like this rest 20% are very good and knowledgable).

No hikes in company since 2019 Variable pay is either 0% or max 30% No proper work culture and Hr policies once u are on bench for one month you will not get salary unless u get into some project. Very few projects and clients Once you join some project client is your whole point of contact you will not get any assistance from mphasis. you are sold to client.

The quality of projects are really good. The colleagues and managers are helpful and supportive and easily reachable Hard work is recognized and appreciated

Dislikes

Maintaining long wasteful ODC hours. No communication devices allowed inside. No salary appraisal for lateral employees. Bench period starts before you actually go to the bench. Full salary for just 1 month after this time.

What I like about Mphasis is they give chance to freshers unlike others. I also love that they provide transportation service.

Dislikes

Higher Management is worst they will never support you lot of internal politics. No work life balance Managers are worst you are never heard by them. You are not allowed to take leaves and if you take points will get deducted from your score card which affects your Salary.

1. No Salary increment from last 4 years in any department, 2. Multiple manager hierarchy, 3. Unnecessary internal PF process, 4. Benefits like Internet bill reimbursement are only on paper, 5. Rude hiring HRs (Negotiate as higher as possible while joining only, because once you join in- you'll not get anything) 6. Unskilled managers or management (not all but some), 7. Worst company, please don't join. They will select you and release offer, but they will put in bench. Out of 9/10 they will put in bench, instead of project deployment. Bench Talent pool team is very worst for allocating projects... People are in bench, all of them have same concern as like me... So pls don't prefer mphasis... After1 month of bench, next 2 month they will deduct 50 % salary cutoff, then from 3rd month onwards no salary ( sabbatical)....Read More
