No proper HR process, they don't even provide offer Letter which is very basic thing. No proper training will be provided. Don't have a knowledge of proper work management, ethics, humanity. Owner(so called boss) itself bring up silly issues and terminate employees as and when he wants. It's a one person running company so if U say yes/obbey for MD and management decision (if it's not at all a good decision also) and have skills in bucketing then u will get good package, salary hike everything...
