No proper HR process, they don't even provide offer Letter which is very basic thing. No proper training will be provided. Don't have a knowledge of proper work management, ethics, humanity. Owner(so called boss) itself bring up silly issues and terminate employees as and when he wants. Too much of back stabbing, involve in personalmatters, and they target employees if they go after office hours, they expect employees to stay even after office hours, they won't take stand for their words....Read More

It's a one person running company so if U say yes/obbey for MD and management decision (if it's not at all a good decision also) and have skills in bucketing then u will get good package, salary hike everything... Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
