It's a one person running company so if U say yes/obbey for MD and management decision (if it's not at all a good decision also) and have skills in bucketing then u will get good package, salary hike everything... If you are a fresher, honest,strong work ethic person and don't know about the management game and questions the management bad decisions then u will be fired from the company without a notice and by informal way...

No proper HR process, they don't even provide offer Letter which is very basic thing. No proper training will be provided. Don't have a knowledge of proper work management, ethics, humanity. Owner(so called boss) itself bring up silly issues and terminate employees as and when he wants. Too much of back stabbing, involve in personal matters, and they target employees if they go after office hours, they expect employees to stay even after office hours, they won't take stand for their words.
