-Fast paced workplace atmosphere -Warm and homely feeling -Good and friendly senior staff

i was working as a sound engineer in Mothership Productions. Primarily recording, dubbing and mixing and sound design for ads, youtube ads and Audio-visuals for companies.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Not much to like.

Dislikes

The working hours are unreasonable. The expectation is to work 7 days a week. Kashif, the director/founder, prefers blind loyalty over skilled labour at a low cost and therefore it shows in the quality of the work. There are no incentives or promotions to aim for in the company. Expected to do your time until the boss decides the employee is worthy of a raise. Leaves are discouraged.
