It used to be a very good company to work till the time NewsCorp was the owner. Since the time (Dec 2020) HindustanTimes became the owner, the company has gone downhill. The company never used to have good appraisals. Only 2% - 5% appraisal even if you have worked exceptionally well throughout the year.
