I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

This was a good company. Talking about our salary was good nd i learnt how to talk a customers nd communication skills. Environment is good nd people was very helpful nd my team mates corporate with me. Thankfully to Morgan reeds

Talking about career growth so it's not for career it's about how to gain our experience to talk customers and strong communication skills. Salary is too late that's the reason I resigned. The work pressure is very high and i don't want a post Tellecalling because I want a better opportunity in a career growth so i want a post like back office, operation executive

In a starting, I was exited but after a few months I bored with this work because its harmful for my health nd mind. Talking about target, so I had done my target but there is no incentives. I was very disappointed
