I must say my experience at this company has been nothing short of terrible. The work culture is appalling. The environment is one of toxicity that breeds negativity and drains morale. You can feel the tension in the air the moment you step into the office premises. It's simply the worst work culture I've ever encountered. The management is clueless about what action to take to change the status quo. They don't have a clear plan to improve things and it shows. Their indecisiveness and inaction only serve to fuel the already existing frustration and negative energy in the workplace. Communication channels are also greatly lacking in this company. There isn't enough transparency between management and employees, and feedback is often ignored or taken with a grain of salt. And let's not even talk about the inadequate leadership. It's nonexistent. No vision, no direction, no motivation. Overall, I would not recommend joining this company if you value your mental and emotional well-being.
