This company is a leading financial company which belong from service sector, where we need to talk various types of custumer who belongs from different - different stats and cities. I like to talk every client of customer with very potentialy and there prefered language.

Skill development - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

In this company compensation is good but growth is very slow and job security not well. Sometime I work here some 14 to 16 hrs also , I have to attend calls from clients. Managers and organisations do not appreciate me as well not provide any reward.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
