We can improve our knowledge immensely from there. Very satisfying environment and provide homely feeling somehow.

Dislikes

Sometimes it will be high workload, probably half on the year we need to face overload and overnight works. They use to provide less salary comparatively.

Work Details

I was a article trainee of CA for 3 years. I come across to file GST return of a service oriented firm, provide assistance to internal audit and statutory audit, use to file ITR etc..

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
