Its good company to start career in sales, can experience the professional culture,its a growing company with good scope of future. Management started reducing man power in covid-19 and I have lost job after extensive service.

Dislikes

The management team is the first generation team and work out policies on trial and error. Need to strengthen the same based on facts.Need to make analytical approach to offer better work -life balance. Appraisal and package needs to be further competitive in the market. The performance measure is not based on the system as in the market and its customized for the self which is not convinving.

Work Details

The challenging position demands for the consistent sales output irrespective of the other channel failures. The customer relationship values and maintaining business through the available system carries no values sometimes.There is scope for learning.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
