Work Details

As I working in MMEPL as a production engineer, truly it is Very difficult to fulfill fill customer demond as per standard quality.but the company atmosphere is very good we will easily achieve our goals.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
