I cannot think of anything positive unfortunately

Dislikes

Expectation vs reality. Great difference in what they promise and what they actually provide when the right time arrives. They can even deny a commitment made that have been promised to be provided to the employee at the moment mentioned in the offer letter. Would request everyone to just see and study at looking at all the factors if by any chance you are to sign a binding contract.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
