Good working environment, supportive management, leaving and growth opportunity. I moved out only for the reason that I got opportunity in an MNC.

Dislikes

Some people who left MIPL writes negative about company which is not right and they are not taking action against them

Never terminates a candidate’s even they are unproductive or a threatening to the organisation.

Dislikes

Implementation takes a dam long time and need take approval for each and small things from the director, entertain backstabbing, delayed salary more than 2 months.
