I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

As I work only at time of need, company is running by one man. I teach young peoples and orient how to work in field .

Dislikes

No one stay in company. Within one year all new entrant are leaving, One man companey for which no prosperity for entrant rather self improvement. No management only self decision. Salary is not disbursed in time.
