Saturday and Sunday leave.

Dislikes

1. If you ask something they said follow the process. But they don't have any process or policy. 2. No Health insurance. If you want you have to fight long time then only you can get. 3. No appraisal (2023 & 2024) 4. They are forcing to stay night, complete the work (they won't ask the timeline to working Engineer, manager only decided constrain timeline) 5. No equality and more politics happen.
