Likes

One of the best places I’ve worked in. The work culture is fabulous and learning never stops here. Extra curricular activities on events makes it even more fun to be working here.

Dislikes

Nothing except the incompetency of fellow colleagues.

Work Details

The work life at Mindbox is exceptional. I get to spend time with my close ones and avail my leaves whenever required. There is no pressure for deadlines until necessary.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
