There is nothing to like about this company.It’s a company where any of the directors depending upon there mood can fire an employee.After directors office boys are having full authority to make directors take any decision in there favour.office boys have more authority than HR😂

Dislikes

EVERYTHING.They are mentally harassing employees by not giving right increments and firing them whenever they feel like.For an example one of the directors have huge mood swing issue so if his ego gets hurt and he is having trouble processing his thoughts he would ask employee to leave.The funniest part is they ask people to leave based on performance and they don’t have a single tool to access performance of employees....Read More

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
