MIDAS is taking well care of it's employees during COVID-19 lockdown. Everybody gets their salary with no deduction. Even after I've decided to resign, They promised me a complete salary for three months as a help to survive this situation.

Well, talking about anythig I didn't like, there is actually nothing in particular. Politics is there.

Work Details

I was working as an Engineer there. Shift Engineer to be exact. I am the who is responsible for everything happens during the shift of production. Maintenance, manpower handling, production planning, safety control, quality control, Emergency planning.

1.He did not give any appointment letter and joining letter at the time of joining or after joining. 2.Salary which is never will you get at time. 3.Appreasal are not as per expectation. 4.
