I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Worst place to work. The HRs are sweetest to the core when hiring you but you'll eventually notice what a corrupt workplace it is. They'll not offer you job security. They threw out more than 50 employees and even the head HR in March. Also, you're hired on the third party payroll which will blotch your resume.

Dislikes

No job security. They'll throw you out anytime they please. Third party payrolls are the worst. Saying it from my personal experience.
