1. each typical day at workplace was mess, completely demotivating environment. 2. Management - Below Avg, FOUL BEHAVIOUR, NEGETIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE EMPLOYEES. 3. Work Place Culture - Absolutely non professional, non productive, non corporate business policy (eg - prefer calculator over ms-excel) 4. Hardest Part - in Summer (no AC, old repair Fan), in Winter (no Tea/Coffee), in Rainy season (full of Mosquitoes) 5. Enjoyable Part - NOTHING 6. Job Security - Null, People come & go.. (max avg stay 3-4 months) 7. Job Satisfaction - Null, no value for Honesty & Dedication 8. Salary - Always on time. (PF + ESI) is there. Unbalance Salary Structure (Novice/Inexperienced get paid higher than the Experienced/Senior employees) Very little Bonus. No Promotion, Less Increment, No Overtime. 9. Leave - 14 Calender Leave, (only 10 Leave allowed in the 1st Year) 24 Leave allowed after completing 1 Year. 10. Unstable Condition, Funding Issue.. 11. No Extra Benefit.
