Nothing. I was a fresher when I joined the company, and I slowly learned that the company doesn't even understand the employee as a human being. The CEO shouts at each employee. I never knew that this experience would turn into a nightmare within a year. The management is very poor. There is no job security, I saw so many employees joining and getting fired within a year. There is no skill development or learning. Even we didn't get a single training in a year. Work-life balance is zero. Management doesn't know how to run a team. Only the salary is good compared to other companies but they will make sure if they are paying well. They will harass you till your last breath.
