Once you Interact with Senior they want to know how much free time you have, however they don't know how did you managed to get that personal time. then they have there internal gossip's and then the back bitching and targeting the one free bird in the office, play around with individuals mental health. There is TT table and Carrom,however only New bee's (under training) and Manager's could be seen there, because Others are more busy on Desk, fear of Manager would ask where are you heading?...Read More

They provide full remote work which help to build work life balance and also work pressure was not high I got adequate time to complete my task

Appraisal are very low compared to another organizations, also no other such extra facilities like food and cab not available

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
