Likes

This is the very good infrastructural company. A guy can work here freely but sincerity is also need to work and it have to come from your inner sight.

Salary - Good
Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

There is a big problem of management. Being a good growing company you have strong your management which is I can not find here. Communication gap between stuff and management is a big reason for this issue.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
