I learned patience..patience to keep quiet when the higher management annoys you by giving clerical tasks that are not suitable for my caliber..patience that things will be better someday when I leave this organization.

Dislikes

They cannot identify the right tasks for the right people. Nepotism and Internal politics is at another level. No work-life balance. No value for the work that you do. No job security. Lack of understanding the life of the employed and difficulties and circumstances they go through. These bossy people on top should live on wages for 2 years to understand the life of their employees.

Work Details

Though I worked as a Public relations officer, they kept delaying my offer letter. I was given an offer letter stated 'office assistant' in the end.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
