My company is in Pune. My Designation in the company as Sales executive.I have 1.5 Years experience in the company. we sold 60 Flats in This Year without Advertising.I Sold 1& 2Bhk Flats. I get full experience in Real Estate like how to handle costumer?, Convey to Buying flats,follow the costumer,Explain How is my product /Flats are best etc then Costumer Agreement or Recovery.

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
