Absolutely incompetent HR, who compiled a list of Worst of the Worst Corporate Policies and called it Company Policy. Incompetent Team Leads who cant realize who is working properly and who is not, and give more credit to those who complete the work fastest even if they have the highest no of bugs in the code. You can survive in this company as long as you can talk and not work. Once you start working properly you will realize the difficulty in working there....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
