MBI is not good for new joiner. Manoj, COO and Tabrez, HR Head both agree each other on the matters which suit to them. Manoj keeps a partial view and play sweet poltics to please people and expect the the staff to work in his favour. Flexibility in this company is merely a joke. Micro management, 100% attendance is enforced, even for 5 min late login, instead of productivity.

COO has poor leadership skills, he encourage mediocre performance and flattering culture.. He uses to oblige selective staff in his favour, he is highly insecure and adopt pic and choose culture. He always shots the gun at other shoulders.

Awesome working environment and Managers are good skilled and ready to help to their Juniors staff at any point of time. We don't feel low at any moment.

Annual pay growth is 5-8% which is very low, but we will get higher compensation at time of Promotion.

Throughout my career i worked with big brand but i extremely enjoyed with MB Informatics pvt ltd. Amazing people like Manoj Bhargava sir and Mr. Tabrez (HR Head).Work life balance is on the top. Training session and learning with in the department is also fine. Overall it is hard to find such a great organisation.
