No fix working hours. Your shift will change every day. You can't sleep properly due to change. Shift timing- 7.30pm to 4.30am, 4pm to 1am, 1pm to 10am, 7am to 6pm. Mostly you do the night shift. No learning. Here are only two work 1st is calling and 2nd is fillup the survey. In calling you fill like call centre and sales person.And in survey link you fill like data entry job. If you looking job in business analyst or something related to this then this company is not for you this experience didn't even matter for you. Manager is not good. He smoke every one hour. There is nothing positive about this business. The manager and management see the staff members as mere laborers. They want us to work for 15, 16, or more hours, and if you don't, they'll start harassing you and complaining behind your back. Additionally, they hold sessions to improve company reviews if they drop below 5 stars. alsofollow up with you and inquire as to if the review is complete. They will start to ignore you if you decide to quit your work. New hires and recent graduates are mistreated. Only veteran staff get good treatment.
