There is not a positive thing in this company.

Dislikes

There is nothing positive about this business. The manager and management see the staff members as mere laborers. They want us to work for 15, 16, or more hours, and if you don't, they'll start harassing you and complaining behind your back. Additionally, they hold sessions to improve company reviews if they drop below 5 stars. also follow up with you and inquire as to if the review is complete. They will start to ignore you if you decide to quit your work. New hires and recent graduates are mistreated. Only veteran staff get good treatment. They only work well for the first few months before showing you their true colors. Please be prepared for this poisonous environment if you wish to work for this company.
