The company maintain Good relationship with all,And they always help for further studies also gives advance money for there employees for studies

Dislikes

Company looking equal to there employees, but it's wrong bcoz many are there with good sports degrees and certificates with knowledge, so it is not good with them, And some times they call on Saturday Sunday also for work

Work Details

I am handling U-8 to U-16 boys&girls for cricket coaching, I specially work on discipline and grooming part, Rather than we also trained them how to play cricket from grassroot level, we work fitness 1st than Cricket, I am taking monthly assessment of all

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
