Company also provide Manufacturing project global exposure and training for which I get to travel abroad including US for learning Lean principles. Dislikes

Even a MNC the company do not have global market exposure, Product line limited and so very unique and expensive than competitor in local market which is better in quality but unable to capture customer focus.Compensations is decent, but is slow.The work pressure is vary according to department and post.

Work Details

I look after manufacturing improvements and cost control for operations.General asset management for manufacturing(fixture,tooling, manpower management) also responsible for improvement in Production process for cost and lead time reduction of product.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
