Currently i'm not associate wit this company. I left this company in 2019.Work culture is this space is terrible. I would not suggest anybody to join this "COMPANY". There is no job security. This company claims that they have 45k reader around the state (west bengal). This is a big lie. They don't even print that much newspaper daily. their is no career growth. not even a one percent. you will get the so called "SALARY" in HAND. their is no salary slip. it's like a monthly wages. and for that also you need to ask for it, otherwise you will get the salary in the middle of the month. their is no work-life balance. you need to work like hell. the office has no AC, no fan. no electricity connection. they steal electricity connection from the neighbours office.no mental support, no physical support. but they want everything like they are giving you everything. the SALARY is very low. a daily wager's monthly income is more than a employee of this company....Read More

Their is nothing to like about this company. I waste my 3 precious years in this company. the person who operate the whole business has no single idea about journalism. he can not even give a single headline for a news. the editor of this newspaper has no idea how to write an editorial. they call it a underground/ local newspaper but behave like they were running 'Republic'. they don't even have the minimum infrastructure to run a media house. they don't know how a media house work. they want you to do everything. you are the designer. you are the copywriter. you are the translator. you are the editor. you are the photographer. you are the manager. you are the watchman. you are the night guard.
