I am happy my job in my company and my teammates. my company handal lof so many projects in bangalore and others places.my part of work in company is site engineer in nagarotan phase-02 and 03 in chikkamangaluru. and i learn so many things and knwlodge in road construction side especialy in roads , storm water drains etc... My company giving salary regularly.and company atmosphere is very well.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
