I don't like of Malomatia HR management, they are not helping to anyone, they make fool to agents, before commited to agent, you will notice period salary + FNF amount after 45 days, but after 45 day's nothing i get noticed period salary + FNF amount... When i contact to HR they blocked my number, when i call from different alternative number they pic up call after hearing our voice they disconnected the calls .. While in interview process (Say Interview was done by A - First round, B & C - Second Round) what ever the expectations discussed based on that I have joined company. After joining I had to work under D and D's expectations were totally different from what was discussed in interview by (A,B & C). 1. No Variable at the time of joining, but after appraisals it got added , Take home salary good 2. Very few of managers and co-workers are good 3. Work From Home 4. Good For those who don't wants to grow or Freshers only

1. No single policy for Employee 2. HR works with attitude & very rude. 3. No written Commitments because they can move any time from word 4. Very Few Projects so job security is the concern 5. Leave Policy bad 6. No team work culture, No certification , no new things to do or learn 7. For every small things u needs to reach out to manager & HR because there is no standard policy for employee 8. Appraisals not on time at least 11 months delay 9. No Extra hours work benefits 10.
