I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Likes

One of the largest animal & fishery sciences university in India have well equipped infrastructure for teaching, research & extension in veterinary, dairy & fisheries. Academic staff is highly dedicated & well versed with the students career as well for the growth vof the animal sciences sector.

Dislikes

There is lack of coordination & unity amongst the academic, non academic staff which need to be bridged. Lack of students encouragement & promotion of skilled based training

I worked on deputation during 2007-2010 and executed teaching, research & extension activities of the university as the Chief Executive of MAFSU on the post of Vice Chancellor
