Magus developed my knowledge and skills but they did not give a correct salary it's to less compared to other company 8 hours job plus 1 hour break totally 9 hours but the salary is too less .but one thing you can develop communication skills and knowledge

Magus company in salary is exlent time to time credit in account.. Bt its salary was not growing.. Monthly pay only 9000 ... Just not like that
Got to learn more about the communication and soft skills. And the team support that we got is just beyond the relief during burden of responsibilities of work. Mostly the team work was all to push the agents while encouraging to continue with the work with honesty and full dedications.

Just an increment issue, that's all what I didn't liked

Pressurised. But also there was an appreciation if we come up with complete work and no cheatings in log in hrs, during call flow there's a damn pressure and target on agents but somehow everything gets under control, then agents gets h'nble appreciation.
