The CEO has allocated special allowances to set up work from home stations. He has set up therapy for individuals in case they are saturated due to excess hours within the same room. He has catered to every possible whim of employees; without compromising on organizational goals. This is premium level support during difficult times.

Dislikes

Given that it is a lean young team, there isn't much to complain about. Scaling is happening at an acceptable pace. The only negative would be resource allocation which is a work in progress and as the company is in transition; it will take some to cope with the pains attached to scale and growth

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
