Dislikes

Too much of politics by senior people, they will make sure that you earn less than what they get in pocket. and then shouting daily to get the business and when we present some promotion ideas, they dont listen says it is expense to the company.... without spending, how can they earn in business.... compensation is faar below industry average... that u will know when u join there

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
