The company is doing the govt project like ordance factory, air force. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is ok but growth is slow. The work pressure is high and duty hour's is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day. Also, there is no on-job training for fresher's, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, managers do not value, which is a pain sometimes.

Work Details

All maintenance work like - Marking by the help of drawing, punching , swaing, drilling, tapping, cnc lathe opareting for production, gage checking, measuring etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
