Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! This company is not genuine, and employees are constantly mistreated. Salaries are not paid on time, and the CEO Mourya behavior toward female employees in highly inappropriate and unprofessional. There have even been instances where Mourya has spoke in unprofessional manner with the employees, which is completely unacceptable and creates a hostile working environment. The leadership is toxic, and the company seems to have no regard for its employees' well-being. I would strongly advise anyone considering working here to stay far away until these serious issues are addressed....Read More
