Nothing good to point out. Suitable for 35+ aged employees, They can sit and earn without any effort

Uneducated Top level management. No qualifications required only recommendations are required. Not a place for learning and development. Not suitable for freshers and other young bloods. Very importantly no appraisal, those people are earning same salary for more than 4years.

Nice place to work with balanced work pressure. Secured job. Beverages, food they are providing to all Lyca employees which we have to appreciate it.
