Few things to look for: -Lavish Piryani - HR Head -Anmol 'Sam' Chodhary -Nishanka Tyagi - HR -Seema Bist - HR -Arpit Gupta -Gopinath - CEO - 80 years old guy call himself math genius but he forgets everything after 5 minutes What you will face if you work here spending 7 PM to 7 AM hours daily, on Saturday and Sunday as well. Salary deductions Salary not paid on time Keep 15-20 days salary on hold - if you leave Simplia will not pay any full final Fire you without any explanation Treat you like a stray dog 200K Fake followers on Linkedin Most 5 star reviews are posted by Simplia's guys as posing client or employee Keep hiring and firing people Simplia false promising USA based client of gaining business in 3 months! Hire and fire culture. Haven’t received my FnF till date. The HR team doesn’t reply back. The culture is extremely pathetic with no values and people are unapproachable. Please be unemployed but don’t join this company. Had nightmares even after leaving the company.
