Excellent work culture , very cooperative management , always guiding and supporting it's employees for achieving better results.

As a sales and marketing head I have to lead my team. I have a team of young and energetic boys who are always upto the the challenges of the competitive market.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
