There is no culture, no clear direction for the brand or the website. Everything works on whims and fancy of the owner when it comes to marketing and advertising. Research and studies take a backseat when it comes to decision making. 0 job security - Don’t expect professionalism - it’s a family run business not an office.

Work policy: Depends on the team. Mostly it's work from office but since they were short on good candidates, they were open to remote work

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
